The 13.4 update that rolled out yesterday for iOS and iPadOS added that and a number of other new features, such as the ability to use third-party navigation apps on the CarPlay? dashboard and revamped iCloud file sharing that's a lot more useful.

p>The browser is still the most significant change. Safari for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS have set it as a default to block third-party cookies. This is the first major browser to implement this. Google has announced it will do the same thing with Chrome but only until 2022. This is a significant improvement in privacy because it removes any notion that exceptions are permitted or that cross-site tracking is not allowed. I feel more secure already, and I use Android.
