p>YouTuber? from Minecraft Technoblade has passed away at the age of 23. His family has confirmed the news in a poignant goodbye video that was made on his behalf.

p>The video, which was titled "so long the nerds" and shared to his 10 million followers, showed his father calling him "the most amazing kid anyone could ever want".

p>The US internet star became famous for livestreaming and uploading videos of his playing the videogame sandbox.

p>Technoblade announced to his fans last year that he was diagnosed with cancer.

p>The father of his son read his farewell message just hours before his death. It began with "Hello everyone, Technoblade here." This is what you should be seeing. I am dead."

p>He then revealed that his real name was Alex, reminiscing about the time he manipulated viewers into believing his name was Dave.

p>"Thank you all for your support of my work over the years," he continued. "If I had another hundred lives, I think I would prefer to be Technoblade over and over again because those were the most joyful years of my life."

p>The online star, who has won Minecraft tournaments and had thousands of fans chatting about his life in a humorous way while playing the game, explained in a video for fundraising released in February that he received radiation therapy, chemotherapy and a limb salvage operation after a painful tumor was discovered in his right arm.

p>He died from sarcoma which is an uncommon soft tissue and bone cancer.

/p>

p>In August 2021, he was able to reveal the diagnosis of cancer. He stated that he initially believed that the discomfort he was experiencing was caused by an injury to the muscles due to excessive gaming. After his arm became swollen the patient was admitted to the hospital and was diagnosed with cancer.

p>It is not known much about Technoblade, who kept his identity secret until the very end. His online avatar was a picture of a crowned porker.

p>His YouTube channel has 10.8 million subscribers. His bio reads: "I play too many video games. While I'm not the best, I have hot elbows. https://servertracker.org/minecraft-servers/ </p>

p>Fans, fellow gamers, and YouTubers? have paid tribute to him on the internet after learning of his passing.

p>J Schlatt recalled, "I'll never forget the day I met Technoblade." "I left work early to play in an Minecraft tournament with him. I was unsure of how to play... but the dude managed to get us through the entire event.

p>"Rest in peace, big guy. You'll always be a legend."

p>YouTuber? Captain Puffy Captain Puffy, also known as Cara, tweeted: "Rest In Peace Technoblade. He always treated me with pure kindness. I was never denied from anything." He couldn't of been more generous!"

p>She added, "Thanks for everything you have done for the community. It will never be the same again without you."

p>Tommy Innit said: "Technoblade is legendary. From being a huge fan, to one of his closest friends, I can't describe how grateful I am to have had the privilege of being in his life. I can tell he's planning in heaven on how to defeat God ..."

p>Ludwig Ahgren added, "I've been watching Technoblade for more than an hour." "He was so witty, so humble even in the most difficult of times. I'll always be inspired by him."

p>Quackity also expressed his appreciation online and wrote: "I had the opportunity to convey to Technoblade the amount of admiration and respect I had for him, not only for the enormous impact his presence had on all of us, but also for keeping his humour and wit even in the darkest of times. I will miss him so much."

p>Technoblade's father thanked his fans in the goodbye clip, noting that "you were a huge part of our lives"

p>He said that a portion of the proceeds from online purchases for the merchandise of his late son would now go to charity.

p>The video ended with a statement from his family, which read: "We, the family of Technoblade, wanted you to know just how much he loved and respected his fans and colleagues.

p>Technoblade was active from the very beginning. He was always seeking ways to please and reward his followers. He offered prizes online, urged good sportsmanship and shared his Minecraft adventures for laughter and entertainment.
