p>Gamescom 2022 kicks off August 23, and if you're in the UK it starts at 7pm, with those from the US East Coast able to watch until 2PM, while those who are on PT can begin at 11AM.

p>The most important, and confirmed news is the reveal of more details, and hopefully additional gameplay footage from Sonic Frontiers. But host Geoff Keighley also confirmed that the Gamescom Opening Show will include "30+ Games", so it's possible that 2022's biggest releases as well as 2023's will be teased.

There's also the possibility of God of War: Ragnarok, FIFA 23, and upcoming survival horror The Callisto Protocol.
