p>Gamescom 2022 will feature new information for Minecraft Legends and Sega's Sonic Frontiers, and likely reveal more on Modern Warfare 2 and Bethesda's Space RPG that is coming out Starfield. You can still view the opening night stream hosted by Geoff Keighley from your computer although it's not the first Gamescom live since 2019. Here's how you can watch Gamescom 2022.

p>Gamescom 2022 starts on August 23rd. If you're located in the UK the show starts at 7pm. Viewers from the US East Coast can tune in at 2PM. PT viewers can start at 11AM.

p>The most important confirmed news to date is the unveiling of more details and possibly even more gameplay footage from Sonic Frontiers, but host Geoff Keighley has also confirmed that the Gamescom opening show will feature "30plus games", so it's possible some more of 2022 and 2023's biggest releases will be teased too.

p>Call of Duty: Vanguard received an additional gameplay trailer at last year's event. Modern Warfare 2 seems like an attractive bet for this year's event. There's also the possibility of FIFA 23, God of War: Ragnarok and the upcoming survival horror The Callisto Protocol. Our top three most wanted-for items are Dead Space Resident Evil 4's remake, and Starfield. For now we're left to speculate and hope.

p>The official Game Awards YouTube channel and Twitch channels will stream the opening ceremony live. https://sagor.info/ It's possible to tune at least a half hour prior to the event, as past events have included announcements and gameplay footage. If you're considering making the trip to Cologne, Germany, and watching Gamescom in person, you'll be able to buy tickets on the event's official website. Xbox will have its own stream during Gamescom where it's scheduled to stream Minecraft Legends and A Plague Tale : Requiem. You can watch that via any of the Xbox social channels, including YouTube.
