p>Lindell is a man who's only success in life has been concocting an infomercial which allowed Lindell to sell bags of shredded foam as if they were made of magic. This is a good method. However, Lindell appears to have misunderstood his expertise in selling polyurethane nuggets into something that gives him unique insight into the world at large. And, all too believably, Lindell has ascended to the summit of Bullshit Mountain as the man Trump is truly counting on to get him back into office not in 2024 but in August.

/p>

p>Lindell still has an unresolved court case against him. On Thursday he filed an action against Dominion Voting Machines and Smartmatic USA. This lawsuit isn't just another, since it includes color illustrations.

/p>

p>Lindell's lawsuit is an interesting artifact. A dead rat is an interesting artifact from the Black Death, sort of.

/p>

p>It's not clear if Lindell actually secured any form of legal counsel to file his suit. It's absolutely clear that it wasn't necessary. Because Lindell's courtroom argument has the same connection to an actual suit in the same way that two clowns in a suit have the Secretariat. Particularly-Fact: Placing the word "Fact" at the start of a statement doesn't make it a statement of fact. Particularly when all the statements that follow is, at best, a wild conjecture. Then, putting all of these "facts" into a Jenga tower does not make them more factual. https://donnawoolen51.werite.net/post/2022/10/27/Minecraft-Server-List </p>

p>In two consecutive "fact" statements, Lindell first declares that Dominion is actually "a state actor" since it has control over elections, then declares the "fact" that he has the right to discredit Dominion in any way he likes. Because it's a state-owned actor. After that, Lindell continues with the "fact" that he has already proved that the 2020 election was faked. This includes 20 hacks "primarily by Chinese actors that altered the outcome of the presidential race in 2020's General Election."

/p>

p>Lindell isn't just an expert in the art of the "fact statement" He is also an expert in using legal footnotes. He uses the term "Lawfare", and then adds this at the end: "Lawsuit Warfare = Lawsuit+Warfare = Lawfare." This link is a link to Wikipedia to make sure it's legal.

/p>

p>The first few pages of this 82-page document is devoted to laying out these details. It takes all the way to page 10 before Lindell steals a title from a Terminator sequel and begins to simply write a stream-of-consciousness play on "The Rise of the Machines." And, of course, it's all there. The way that votes can be altered through "the algorithm," the way that votes are actually tabulated on servers in Spain and Germany. Naturally, entire chapters are dedicated to the ways that Smartmatic is in some way an agent of China due to its offices in Taiwan and is "continuing its close relationship as an agent for the Hugo Chavez-controlled government in Venezuela."

/p>

p>Oh, and that particular section of the lawsuit starts with a a Shakespeare quote. You know, normal lawsuits.

/p>

p>Lindell's crackpotpedia contains a lot of claims that are clearly infuriating to his highly-skilled eyes. Lindell claims that American Information Systems was founded in part by the Urosevich brothers, descendants of Serbian immigrants and that Dominion has an office in Belgrade, Belgrade office and that the Smartmatic engineer was "Venezuelan born"; this is apparently part of a global conspiracy.

/p>

p>Here's part 52 from Lindell's "rise and the machines" section.

/p>

p>Dominion was acquired by Staple Street Capital in 2018. David Mark Rubenstein, the largest shareholder of Staple Street Capital, was also the co-founder and CEO of The Carlyle Group. The Carlyle Group is a global investment firm with longstanding and huge investments in China. Just months before the election, Staple Street Capital, owner of Dominion, received an investment of $400 million from UBS Securities, LLC in 2020. UBS Securities LLC owns 24.99 percent of UBS Securities Co. LTD, a Chinese investment bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities Co. LTD is owned by the Chinese government or other arms of it.

/p>

p>This is the most definitive proof of... Lindell returns it just two paragraphs later to declare that "Chinese government-related entities and Chinese technology companies were owned by direct or indirect ownership and had access to Dominion and Smartmatic's voting machines technology."

/p>

p>Really, Lindell has cooked up an Mulligan stew of conspiracy theories, which includes not just the most obnoxious actions of all of China to Space to Germany to Serbia and Venezuela (and this is very long list), he also insists that the conspiracy was concealed by the media, which includes the nefarious YouTube.

/p>

p>The lifespan of Lindell's suit once it is ruled by the court will make mayflies look like Methuselah and this whole game of Six Degrees of Hugo Chavez should immediately be dismissed as absurd. And yet ... this is where we are. Mike Lindell isn∏t just filing nonsense suits to defend a web of lies. He∏s also making a new scam out of his foam-earned fortune.

/p>

p>The image of Lindell who is a third-tier scam artist as well as a lounge singer who has lost his mustache, is hilarious and depressing. It's not a scam that aims to move jars of patent medications or lumpy sleep-enhancing substances.

/p>

p>A party that worships Donald Trump can be considered a party that is controlled by scammers. However, the victims of this scam extend beyond the Republican Party.
