It was an absolute blast but I also made sure that the layout was appropriate, that the rooms had excellent views, and could be useful for the wealthy residents who lived there.

<p>Luckily, you don't need to be a millionaire to be able to construct modern-day architecture in Minecraft! It might seem difficult to begin building a modern house in Minecraft. For Creative Mode players, a block is only a couple of mouse clicks away, however for Survival players it could take hours to gather the necessary materials - and there are plenty required if you wish to get it right!

<p>Andy explains that a modern house builder should consider their preferences in building blocks. My advice is to build with blocks like white concrete or light gray concrete and stone for walls.
